Music at the Vineyard – Rene Russell

Join us Friday, 7/22 for live music at the vineyard from Rene Russell! Rene has a message for you: you have the power to change your circumstances and make your world a better place. It is also the motto by which the South Carolina musician lives her life. Over her 30 year career, Rene has learned that you can do anything if you believe in yourself and stand in your truth. Her style of acoustic Americana Rock with hints of Bluegrass and Reggae is infectious and soulful. Rene plays her Taylor 12-string guitar in a distinctive percussive finger-picking/claw-hammer style. Vocally she has been compared to Stevie Nicks, Natalie Merchant, and Melissa Etheridge. Rene will be performing Friday at the Burntshirt Vineyards Tasting Room and Winery from 3-6 PM.
