O Cellars Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Our premium Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in bins for an extended period to extract the maximum colors and tannins to build its foundation. Raspberry and blackberry are exhibited on the palate and become more concentrated over time in the barrel. A combination of new and one to two year old barrels are used to age this wine for nearly two years. Pair with a variety of steaks, beef roasts and hearty dishes.
