Born into a family of entertainers in Hawaii, Ronald Kynston Lee was destined to be an entertainer from childhood. The rich tapestry of his upbringing provided the ideal environment for an entertainer to thrive. Through the years, he has broadened his skills across various music styles, setting the stage for a versatile and enduring career.

He has taken professional voice lessons to further hone his performances to become adaptable to diverse audiences. His phenomenal performances have taken him from entertaining troops in Asia to winning a talent show judged by legend Sophie Tucker.

Ron’s love for diverse music genres makes him a versatile entertainer, connecting effortlessly with audiences of all ages. Inspired by the premier singers and songwriters of the big band era, the fifties, sixties, and seventies, Ron’s repertoire is a musical journey through time.

Ron will be performing at Burntshirt Vineyards in Hendersonville on Saturday from 2-5 PM. It’s sure to be an afternoon of amazing music, fabulous wines, great food and good times! We can’t wait to see you here!

Marley’s Chain is a male/female duo made up of Angela Christie & David Hintz. Their energetic and unique live shows feature a mix of original music and covers in country, rock, blues & rockabilly & Americana genres.

Music at the Vineyard – Two Step Too

Join us Saturday, March 30th at the Burntshirt Vineyards Tasting Room and Winery for live music at the vineyard with Two Step Too! Marc Brown and Rick Reles (Just Rick), make up the Two Step Too duo. Marc’s musical journey started in New England and the Maine Seacoast. Rick is a veteran of over 20 years in Midwest bands. You can find his original songs on iTunes and Spotify. The duo has been performing for over 3 years together at dozens of venues around Asheville, Brevard, Hendersonville, and all points in between.

Two Step Too delivers soulful vocal harmonies to an eclectic collection of tunes you have heard, my have forgotten, and are glad to hear once gain. Their influences span Americana, roots, acoustic blues, traditional, jug band, and country. As they put it: “from Lead Belly to Led Zeppelin”. Their soundscape is rounded out with 6 and 12 string acoustic and electric guitars, resonator, percussion and harmonicas. Marc and Rick will be bringing the tunes to Burntshirt Vineyards in Hendersonville on Saturday from 2-5 PM. It’s sure to be an afternoon of amazing music, fabulous wines, great food and good times! Join us Friday, October 20 at Burntshirt Vineyards Tasting Room and Winery for live music at the vineyard with Asheville Blues act Mr. Jimmy! Mr. Jimmy is the solo project of guitarist, vocalist, and song writer Jim “Ang” Anderson. Jim fronted the Blues band, The Chicago Kingsnakes for 35 years, performing over 4000 shows. Recently in 2018 he moved to Asheville, NC to embark on his solo career. Since then in 2022 Mr. Jimmy was voted one of the Best Blues Performers by the Best of WNC.

Mr. Jimmy writes, sings and plays real-deal Chicago style Blues. A lifelong resident of Chicago’s infamous South Side, he has shared the stage with the likes of Buddy Guy, Koko Taylor, Little Milton, James Cotton, Junior Wells, Lefty Dizz, Jimmy Dawkins, Johnny Twist, and many more! Jim has released 10 albums of original music with The Chicago Kingsnakes. Additionally, in July 2020 he debuted his solo release “All Alone With the Blues.” He also produced and hosted an NPR radio show “Confessin’ The Blues” where he interviewed and performed with many Blues artists.

In the tradition of the Mississippi Delta Bluesmen, THE Dubber confronts the world with only his words and a guitar. The self- taught singer/songwriter continues to reinvents himself by infusing musical styles for over 30 years. America’s Rock, Jazz and Funk, flavored by the international sounds of Reggae, Armenian Music and Afro Beat, is the complex stew that helps him express his blues and completes such a distinctive sound.

Since 2005, the Washington DC born / South Carolina based artist has been trailblazing around the world with an honest and intimate stage show. His sophisticated one man band guitar style and universal message of Oneness, keeps THE Dubber booked year round. Always a crowd favorite, he has played prestigious event and venues such as South by Southwest Music Conference, Mid-Atlantic Music Conference and the South Carolina State Museum.

With radio airplay, multiple tours here and abroad, plus three albums “In the Temple of…” 2005, “Global Warning” 2010 and his latest “Cleaning Up The Dirty South” 2014 under his belt. The South Carolina Arts Commission grant recipient “2014 One Time Project Grant” and “2017 Horizon Underserved Grant”, is feeling very optimistic about his continuing musical journey.
